Scanning and uploading

A whole class set can go in as one PDF: put the pile in the copier’s feeder, scan to PDF, upload the file, and tell AutoMark it holds several students’ papers so it splits them apart. The quality of that scan is the single biggest influence on how much lands in your review queue, so it’s worth getting right once: full page, straight, sharp, and dark enough to read. This guide will cover copier settings worth changing, emailing scans in, multi-page papers, and re-uploading a paper that didn’t scan well.
