Your data controls

Open Settings and find Your data. For the policies that apply to your account, read the privacy policy and terms.

Choose Export all my data to download your account’s structured records as a JSON file. Check that the download completed and that you can open the file before relying on it. This is different from a CSV export of a run or student record. It is not a download of every original scan image.

For marks in a spreadsheet, open the relevant run or student record and use its CSV export. Keep copies in a location permitted by your school’s requirements. If an export fails, the error stays on the page: retry or contact support rather than assuming a file was saved.

Removing a waiting scan, discarding an unfinished run and deleting your account have different scopes. Read the confirmation for the item you intend to remove. Check that you are viewing the right run or account before confirming.

If a stored scan is no longer available, contact support with the run and question you were reviewing. Do not assume that exporting structured records also preserves all source images. Use the published privacy policy for retention information.

Export any records you need first. Under Your data, choose Delete account, read the confirmation and type DELETE if you intend to proceed. This action cannot be undone and removes the account’s tests, students and recorded marks.

When the deletion request is accepted, you are signed out immediately. Data erasure can wait for marking already in progress to finish; signing out does not mean every deletion step finished at that moment. If the request fails, the error is shown and you remain signed in so you can retry or ask for help.

For a privacy or deletion question, contact privacy@automarkhq.com. Do not include student scans, passwords or payment details in an initial support message.
