Getting help

The account menu’s Help link opens these guides in a new tab. Getting started reopens the welcome card in the app, so you can return to the first-test and first-run steps without resetting your work.

Use Report a bug in the bottom-right corner of the app. Describe what you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead. Include the displayed error and the approximate time. The report includes the page you are on, so open the relevant run or test first when possible.

Wait for the success message before closing the report. If sending fails, keep the description and try again, or email support@automarkhq.com. If the report button is not present, use that address directly. Never include passwords or card details, and avoid pasting student answers into the initial description.

Before recording a run, return to the paper’s identification or review screen and check the original work. After recording, use the recorded-result correction controls. If a result appears to have changed without your action, stop making further changes to that result and contact support with the run and question.

The review queue explains reading corrections and mark decisions. Troubleshooting covers common upload and sign-in problems, and your data controls covers exports and account deletion.
